Introduction
Organisational effectiveness and efficiency requires planning, monitoring and controlling a business’ largest asset ‐ its people. A successful HR strategic plan assumes that all HR activities are integrated, with each other and with the overall strategic objectives of the organisation - to help create an environment where the appropriate business strategy is likely to thrive. This course will help you to develop, implement and maintain a strategic approach to planning and managing human resources, and workforce development.
