MBA & Executive Education

Entry Criteria

Applicants may be admitted directly into the MBA program or they may undertake the program as a nested qualification which allows admission into the Post Graduate Certificate program or Post Graduate Diploma program and ultimately to MBA level studies on satisfactory completion of program requirements at each lower level of study.

All applications for admission are assessed on a case-by-case basis by the AIM SA Academic Board, which is responsible for ensuring equal access to the AIM Business School

Graduate Certificate in Management

To gain the Graduate Certificate in Management qualification participants must complete 1 core unit and 3 elective units, plus the required assessments.

To gain the Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Development qualification participants must complete 2 core units and 2 elective units, plus the required assessments.

Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Development

To gain the Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Development qualification participants must complete 4 core units, plus the required assessments.

• Implementing Sustainable Development
• Sustainable Development Project

To gain the Graduate Diploma of Management qualification participants must complete 5 core units and 3 elective units, plus the required assessments.

Master of Business Administration

To gain the MBA qualification, participants must complete 8 core units and 4 elective units, plus the required assessments. Elective units may be course based or may comprise a Management Project stream.

Advanced standing / Credit transfer / RPL

Students who can provide evidence to meet outcomes of courses within the Graduate Programs maybe provided with exemption from up to 50% of the MBA qualification.
