[communikate et al Boardroom Series]
Wonder how some businesses continue to thrive despite the tough times?
Two of Adelaide’s corporate heavyweights will share their secrets to success and detail how they’ve climbed the career ladder to the top - and stayed there.
At only 23 years of age, EFM Health Clubs’ Managing Director, Matthew Lindblom took over as franchisor of the Adelaide born business. Now, eight years on, business is booming, with more than 55 sites Australia-wide.
Vodafone Australia’s SA General Manager, Declan O’Callaghan, heads up one of the most dynamic corporate teams in Adelaide and has climbed his way to the top with prudent and creative thinking. He is responsible for Vodafone’s strategic direction and business operations in South Australia and heads up a 20-strong team that manages the telco’s various operational areas including business and consumer sales, channel partners, in both business and retail, as well as marketing and sponsorships such as the Port Adelaide Football Club.
Kate Hannemann, Managing Director of award winning communications consultancy, communikate et al will also share her tips for running a highly successful business that has clients spanning 11 different sectors.
The second event of the 2009 communikate et al Boardroom Series promises to be a vibrant presentation exploring business and personal development strategies and providing a unique opportunity to pick the brains of some of the state’s most tenacious business leaders.
