Diploma of Project Management - Workshop ( 02 )
This workshop forms part of the Diploma of Project Management. The Diploma comprises of:

The three day Applied Project Management program participants in the Diploma of Project Management do not need to complete the Applied Project Management assessment.

After the Applied™ program, participants prepare a presentation for an executive briefing (in their own time) on how each of the Diploma of Project Management competencies have been applied within their workplace, plus complete the required readings. Attendance at the two day Diploma™ workshop finalises the formal learning and supports students in the development of the major workplace portfolio. Participants will learn how to integrate project management within their organisations, and how to deal with issues such as achieving business benefits and getting problem projects back on track. Participants also present their executive briefing on how each of the project management competencies have been applied within the workplace.

After the Diploma™ workshop, participants have a six week period to finalise their Portfolio of Evidence and submit to AIM SA for assessment.

This course is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management

An additional assessment fee will be applicable if you currently hold a Certiifcate IV in Project Management and wish to upgrade
to the Diploma.
